Why this work, why me
The walking, breathing proof of concept.
I spent over fifteen years in corporate sales roles, inside the kind of high-pressure environments this work is built for. Eventually I hit the wall myself, a full nervous-system shutdown. I tracked my own HRV, decoded my own physiology, and rebuilt from the ground up. The protocols I now teach are the ones I built to bring myself back.
That lived experience sits alongside formal training as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, 250hr Yoga Teacher, breathwork facilitator, contrast therapy guide, and NEBOSH-qualified practitioner, built on a career as a senior sales leader for global brands.

What we call burnout is a system crash.
We used to call it a "nervous breakdown." Mathematically and physiologically, it is a Dorsal Vagal shutdown, the nervous system pulling the emergency brake to survive.
People don't just get tired. They protect themselves by numbing out. They experience depersonalisation, moving through the office like robots, completely detached from their work and themselves.
